The sun is out and it’s the Spring Equinox — longer, lighter days start now. ☀️
A good point in the year to get back into a routine if things have slowed down over winter. Aim for regular movement, strength training, and getting outside more.
If something’s been niggling or stopping you from doing what you want, it’s worth getting it checked sooner rather than later.
