👋 Welcome Michał to the Team!

We’re thrilled to introduce Michał, our newest team member at Tavistock Physio Clinics!

Michał is a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist with over 7 years of combined experience, passionate about helping people stay mobile, pain-free, and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Sport has always been a big part of Michał’s life — from karate as a child, to football as a teen, and more recently, gym training and obstacle runs. Along the way, he’s experienced his fair share of injuries, and now he’s using that knowledge to help others prevent injuries or recover safely, so they can get back to the activities they love.

When he’s not helping clients, Michał is a family guy and dog lover. He enjoys camping with his family and their dog Sparrow, reading, history, playing guitar (still learning!), and following speedway.

Come and meet Michał — we’re excited for him to bring his expertise, energy, and passion to the clinic!

Pilates, Friendship & 80 Fabulous Years 🙌🏻

One of our Pilates classes at the clinic recently shared a joyful moment — a much-loved regular turned 80, and her classmates surprised her with a lovely little celebration! 💐

It was a heartwarming reminder of how these classes offer more than just movement — they foster friendship, laughter, and shared milestones.

Our Pilates sessions are designed to support healthy ageing by building strength, balance, and mobility. And as this lovely group shows, it’s never too late to enjoy the benefits — physically and socially. ✨
