I am a civil celebrant trained and insured through Fellowship of Independent Celebrants. A civil celebrant is not bound by religion, statute or doctrine, meaning we can create and perform completely personalised ceremonies for every couple. Civil ceremonies can contain non-religious, religious, spiritual or personal reflections and customs to tell your story, not the ideologies of religion or anti religion sentiment. With a background in theatre as a professional actor and performer and a natural joy for life, I bring fun, creativity and a host of performance and healing techniques to help raise your confidence so you enjoy standing out on your special day. Having lived in both Hong Kong and Tokyo and studied under a native American shaman, I am particularly drawn to ancient customs from around the world and, as a member of Spiritualists' National Union, I have a deep connection to spirituality and personal transformation, whilst loving irreverent fun and laughter. Described as a 'breath of fresh air,' I genuinely love people. My wish is to help you shine bright on your special day; be that your wedding, handfasting, vow renewals or naming ceremony, or for the memory of your loved one to shine bright at their Celebration of Life.
