Coming from the top end of Lanark, it's down Hyndford Road and Wellgate.

FREE SPORTS THERAPY MASSAGE SESSIONS

Available next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday if you have been to me before. I have been approached by a student learning sports therapy this year asking if they could have massage practice as such the sessions will be free. I'll be there too, it's just to give her the hours she needs for her course and to help the next generation of therapists.

For the record, and Lanark rumour mill, I'm not quitting, retiring or emigrating to Australia (my favourite rumour so far).

Whoa!!!!!!

Where did this year go!

Can't believe I'm writing this again so (seemingly ) soon.

Hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow and thought the festivities. If you are off, hope you have a well deserved rest.

I'm back from the 6th where I'll be answering messages, fully back from the 8th. Diary still online if you want to book, links will be changing but you will be redirected, I'll update when I get all the details.

More appointment spaces will be added mid January and new therapies coming this year too in addition to sports therapy and KORE.
