📣The Bloods and go drop-in service in Lanark has now been extended to all GP practices in Lanarkshire!

If you are a patient of a Lanarkshire GP practice, and your GP has requested that you have bloods taken, you can use the Bloods and go drop-in service at:

📍Treatment Room, Lanark Health Centre
🕓Monday to Friday: 8am to 3.30pm

Just drop-in at a time that suits you, during the opening times. No appointment needed.

All other phlebotomy clinics in the Clydesdale area continue to offer a pre-bookable service at this time.

After three decades of dedicated service at the Practice, Dr Flowerdew has made the decision to retire.

We are sure that you will want to join us in wishing him a happy and well-earned retirement.

We are hoping that he might agree to do the odd Locum session to help the Practice out in the future.

Most Lanarkshire patients already order their repeat prescriptions in good time. Thank you — this keeps urgent NHS services available when they’re needed most.

Our Out of Hours service will issue emergency prescriptions for essential medicines only (for example insulin, inhalers for acute asthma, palliative care pain relief or epilepsy treatment).
