Fitness Friday for our residents, keeping joints moving.. with gentle regular movements. This was enjoyed by all who participated.
Afterwards we had a sing along with some old time favourites .

Beechgrove had a visit from the Easter bunny this morning, delivering an Easter egg to every resident…
After all his hopping around he even had time for a bath.
Afterwards residents decorated their own eggs , enjoyed some colouring.
An enjoyable day for all residents.

Relaxing Saturday morning, where we made plastic flowers in preparation for Lanimers.
The residents were more than happy to help….

Our weekly exercise session with Burns Boys was a great success this morning, lots of enthusiastic residents taking part, where we sang along to the songs aswell.
A good morning session.
