Thank you to my lovely Tuesday and Thursday yoga classes for your company at our Christmas lunch. I’m so lucky to have you all in my classes 🥰We have all become good friends and a little community which is wonderful and we did have a good laugh today 😃 Thank you for the kind gift too❤️❤️ see you all next week for a few weeks of yoga before Christmas holidays! Most wonderful week spent with likeminded people and we all felt we became a little family by the end of the week. So many life stories shared that made us all close and so many laughs! The yoga retreat had a lovely mixture of yoga, sightseeing trips to towns, walks in nature, caves …amazing canary island food and chill time! ❤️now last day in Las Palmas chilling on the beach until home time. Life happens at the edge of your comfort zone so travel and explore and go on that adventure even solo cause you only regret the things you didn’t do! Grateful and happy ❤️
