This is a page for people who have experienced mental illnes, we can share our stories, support each other, share coping strategies and stories of recovery. Esteem Ladies Group is taking a short break this May and will return on Thursday 4th June. Expect a summer filled with evening walk and talk sessions and all the great things our ladies group brings.

We will see you again on Thursday 4th June at 6:30pm.

LADIES GROUP CANCELLED TONIGHT THURSDAY 9th APRIL

Sorry ladies but due to a flight delay our volunteer can't make it back to Lanark on time for tonight's group.
