Our ladies group was creative once again this evening, fabric painting, chatting and laughing. This is such a lovely safe space with lots of support and peer support.

Next week we will be joined by Lynn Donaghey for an evening of healing and possibly more than we expect🩷 these are always fantastic nights so if you fancy joining us come along at 6:30pm next Thursday.

We would like to say a massive thank you to all our ladies that have made our Esteem Ladies Group what it is over the last 12 months. Tonight we enjoyed a little bit of what we do best, community, laughter, fun, support and.......eating.

Tonight's Christmas gathering took a little trip down memory lane with a good old fashioned pass the parcel.....🎄

We would like to wish all our ladies group ladies a very Merry Christmas and we look forward to seeing you all again in the New Year.
