✨ Salon Etiquette Reminder ✨
To help the salon run smoothly and ensure every client enjoys a calm, professional experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
🌸 No children at appointments.
I completely understand that childcare can be tricky, but unfortunately I don’t have the facilities to accommodate little ones — and many treatments simply aren’t suitable for them to watch.
(And let’s be honest… no child needs to witness a waxing appointment and carry that memory for life 🤣)
Keeping the salon child-free helps maintain a calm, relaxing environment for everyone.
⏰ Please arrive on time — not too early and not late.
If you arrive ahead of schedule, please send me a message to check whether I am ready for you.
If you are running slightly late, let me know as soon as possible so I can adjust where I can.
Please note: if you arrive late, I may need to reduce your treatment time or, in some cases, may be unable to carry out your service. Full charges will still apply.
💅 Nail art requires additional time.
If you would like nail art, please send your ideas in advance and ensure you are booked in for the extra time required so I can prepare properly.
💆♀️ All booked treatments must be honoured.
Choosing not to go ahead with a treatment on the day will still incur the full charge, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please ensure you are familiar with my policy.
Cancellations outside the allowed timeframe and no-shows will incur a fee.
If this fee is not paid, any future appointments will not be honoured or able to be booked until the balance is cleared.
