How stunning does Morven look at her grad ball?! Absolutely glowing!✨

Morven has worked incredibly hard throughout her degree, and I couldn’t be prouder of everything she’s achieved. Not only is she dedicated to her studies, but she’s also consistent with her training — an amazing example of balance and commitment.

Between Morven and her little sister Rowen, they bring so much energy and laughter to every class - It’s a joy having them around. (Still working on convincing them to make a podcast or something similar - if you’ve been around them both, you’ll know how good this would be!🤣)

Sophie set her sights on a sub-2 hour half marathon… and absolutely smashed it with a 1:52 finish!🏃🏻‍♀️💨💥

Couldn’t be prouder — she’s trained with consistency and determination, and it’s all paid off! 🙌🏼

Shoutout to John, the guy in charge of pacing Sophie across the line, who showed up and delivered as always — even after a full nightshift with zero sleep!🤯🤣

The most perfect day for the most beautiful bride — it was such a privilege to be part of your special day!🥰

My makeup barely lasted two minutes after seeing Amy and her maid of honour, Katy, walk down the aisle — every moment was magic!💛

So grateful you both joined the gym and became such amazing friends. You’re the kindest souls and truly deserve the world.

10K complete and all for an incredible cause!💖

A massive well done to Rowen and Morven for smashing the Race for Life 10K in Glasgow at the weekend! 🎉
This was Rowen’s first ever race, and I couldn’t be prouder of the determination and energy both of them brought to the day. 💪✨

Even better — they raised over £1,500 for such an important cause! 💕👏

So proud to see amazing clients doing amazing things — what a way to make every step count! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️💫

Another incredible addition to the 1% club! 🏃🏻‍♀️

Massive congratulations to Lauren for absolutely smashing the Manchester Marathon yesterday! Watching her cross that finish line was one of the proudest moments - she’s made herself, and everyone at the gym, unbelievably proud.

The determination, grit, and effort she showed throughout was incredible (Of course, a few motivational voice notes and phone calls from Sophie and I along the way didn’t hurt either!🤭😅)

Lauren, you’ve shown what’s possible when you commit fully and back yourself every step of the way. You’re amazing!💛
