A great day at the RDA West & Central Scotland Region dressage and countryside challenge competition. Fortunately the forecast thunder storms did not materialise this morning, but there was plenty of torrential rain and hailstones.

A huge thank you to everyone from our group who came along to help, either directly for us or to help with the running of the event. It couldn’t happen without you. Amy, Becky, Eve, Louise, Chrissie, Alexandra, Scott.

And the important part, the results. Each rider was placed in each class entered! Which meant that some qualified for the national championships!

A big thank you to Glasgow group for hosting, and to Emma Osbourne for organising (and dealing with my communications).

A beautiful sunny evening allowed our Wednesday night riders to experience the outdoor riding school for the first time. Another first was welcoming 10 of our brand new volunteers who were able to assist with their first lessons. Great night!
