Podiatrists have been notified by our professional body, the Royal College of Podiatry, that the government has relaxed the rules on face masks. This means we no longer have to wear them in healthcare settings except in specific circumstances.
As such I will no longer wear a face mask routinely on my visits but will still carry one in case anybody wants me to wear one during a visit.
At last!! 😁

An update for everyone. I’m back out of hospital after a much longer stay than expected. I am starting to rebook everyone who has been cancelled and all my regulars who I haven’t seen since my op in Jan. Please bear with me as I’m doing reduced hours for a couple of weeks whilst I ease back into it.
In the meantime, until further notice, I am unable to accept any new clients.
Once again I would like to thank you all for your patience, understanding and loyalty.

Hi everyone. Just an update on what’s going on if you’ve been trying to get hold of me or have appointments booked.
I’m back in hospital ( typically on the first week I should fully return to work post op). I have an infection that hit me like a bus at the weekend and I’m on IV antibiotics. My wife Carol is cancelling each days’ clients as we don’t know how long I’ll be in. Any voicemails or texts/ messages will be dealt with as soon as I can.
Once again I can’t thank you enough for your loyalty and patience.

Following an extremely positive consultant appointment this morning, I am pleased to say I shall be able to return to work next week.
I will start phoning clients later this week to make appointments but please bear with me as I will be on reduced hours for a week or so, so as not push myself too hard too soon.
I will prioritise any clients whom I had to cancel in Dec /Jan for my hospital appointments.
I would like to thank everyone for their patience, understanding and loyalty during this difficult time.

Due to an unforseen health problem requiring surgery, I am unable to book any further appointments until March.
I really appreciate your valued custom, understanding and patience during this period.
As soon as I know when I will be able to return to work I shall post an update.
Clients who have regular booked appointments will be notified separately.
