Bringing our first Wellness and Wellbeing Session to Float Wellness Studio in Bamber Bridge!
We’ll begin with a gentle sage cleanse and aromatherapy to ground and settle your energy, creating a calm and safe space to fully switch off.
You’ll then be guided through a wellbeing session focused on mindfulness, helping you slow the mind, reconnect with yourself, and learn simple techniques to improve focus, reduce stress and bring more balance into your everyday life.
We’ll gently explore self-love, awareness and presence, allowing you to reset both mentally and emotionally.
You’ll also enjoy a calming herbal tea tasting, giving you time to relax, reflect and connect.
The session closes with a deeply soothing Reiki-infused meditation, designed to restore your energy, ease tension and leave you feeling grounded, rebalanced and renewed 💫
