Announcement..... Save the date - Monday 1st December 3pm - 8pm

Launching a new community frequency choir with The Balance Approach. This choir is going to be all about wellbeing, healing, and wholeness as well as singing and having fun. Learn new harmonies and learn how harmonies can heal you, reduce stress and learn about new breathing techniques that can help you every day.

Our first meet up is a Christmas theme and a half day retreat. You can come for all of it or just some of it. The choice is yours. The choir is in the evening 6.30pm - 8pm. Enjoy some well known Christmas songs and Carols.

£5.00 fee which includes a raffle ticket for a 3 night retreat.

I will also be doing a frequency healing mindfulness meditation which is included in the entrance fee.

Come and meet new friends, have food together and join in some more activities in the day - Rag Rug workshop, potters wheel, sound bath, yoga, detox your mind, body and soul, breathwork, food (some charges apply for some activities)

I stepped out of my comfort zone a year ago and started a musical journey 🎼 🎵

It was a journey of putting my heart into my healing melodies, my creativity for everyone to hear and my passion into a physical cd 💿 ❤️

The amount of people it has reached has been amazing and the reviews from people has been overwhelming....

Now onto the next chapter....... wait and see 👀 😏 😉
