Holistic Living proudly presents our very first sober rave experience 💫

We’re bringing back the feeling of connection, music, freedom and community… without the alcohol.

Join us at Urban Arts Studio for an evening of uplifting energy, conscious connection and feel-good vibes in a safe, welcoming space.

This is Beltane.
This is the Flower Moon.

A sacred meeting of fire and flower 🌿
Beltane calls us forward to ignite our desires,
to honour our sensuality, to celebrate life in its fullest expression.

The Flower Moon gently reminds us, you are already blooming… even if you can’t fully see it yet.

✨ Seeds planted in the dark are now rising

🌕🔥 BELTANE & FLOWER MOON RITUAL 🔥🌕

Create a small sacred space outside if you can, or by an open window.

You’ll need:
🕯 A candle (for fire)
🌸 A flower or petals
🌿 Optional: cacao, drum, or incense

Light your candle. Feel into the flame… this is your inner fire, your life force.
Hold your flower, connect to your heart.
Feel what is ready to bloom within you.

Set your intention:
Speak it out loud or within:
“I allow myself to bloom. I welcome in all that is meant for me.”

Release & ignite:
If there’s something holding you back, whisper it into the flame (or write and safely burn it).
Let the fire transform it. Call it in.

Place your flower near your heart and visualise your desires already alive.
Feel it. Embody it.

Close with gratitude
Thank yourself, the fire, the earth, the moon.

Optional:
Move your body, drum, dance… let your energy flow freely 🔥

As the fire burns and the flowers bloom…
Ask yourself:
What am I ready to bring to life?

The New Moon in Aries is an invitation to begin 🐏💚

Not perfectly… but honestly.
Not someday… but now.

If you’re feeling the pull for change, this is a simple ritual you can do at home to clear your energy and call in what you’re ready for 🌿

✨ What you’ll need:
Frankincense (resin or incense sticks)
A candle (optional)
A small piece of paper + pen

🌑 The Ritual
1. Cleanse your space
Light your frankincense and take a moment to arrive.
“With this smoke, I cleanse my energy and open the way forward.”
2. Breathe
Close your eyes.
Inhale deeply… exhale slowly.
Let the mind settle. Let the body soften.

3. Speak your intention
Place your hand on your heart and say:
“I am ready to move forward.
I release hesitation and step into courage.”
(Feel free to add your own words here)

4. Release
Write down one thing you’re ready to let go of.
Hold it in the smoke, then safely burn or tear it.
“I release what no longer serves me.”

5. Call it in
Speak what you are welcoming into your life.
Keep it simple. Keep it true.

6. Anchor it
Place your hands on your body and say:
“I choose to begin now.”

This isn’t about getting it perfect.
It’s about taking a step.

Aries energy supports courage, action, and new beginnings… but you still have to meet it halfway 🐏 ✨️

Happy International Women’s Day ✨️🦋💚

To the incredible women in my life, friends, sisters, mothers, daughters, and the beautiful souls I have had the honour of holding space for on their healing journeys.
Today I honour you.
I honour the courage it takes to choose yourself.
To face your shadows.
To soften, to rise, to begin again.
Every woman who has stepped into my healing space has reminded me of something sacred, that within each of us lives an ancient wisdom, a remembering of who we truly are.
To the women who have cried, released, laughed, breathed, shared their truth, and chosen healing… I see you.
Your courage ripples far beyond what you may ever realise.
We are not meant to walk this path alone.
When women gather with open hearts, something powerful awakens, remembrance, strength, and deep compassion.
Today I celebrate every woman who is reclaiming her voice, honouring her intuition, and choosing a life that feels true to her soul.
Thank you for allowing me to witness your journeys, and for walking alongside me on mine.

Beautiful souls 🤍

Life moves in cycles, and right now I’m in a quieter season. I’m taking some sacred space to navigate a personal challenge and gently tend to myself.

I’ve had a few enquiries about our monthly cacao ceremony. Thank you for your love and patience. This pause is intentional and needed.
