Happy International Women’s Day ✨️🦋💚

To the incredible women in my life, friends, sisters, mothers, daughters, and the beautiful souls I have had the honour of holding space for on their healing journeys.
Today I honour you.
I honour the courage it takes to choose yourself.
To face your shadows.
To soften, to rise, to begin again.
Every woman who has stepped into my healing space has reminded me of something sacred, that within each of us lives an ancient wisdom, a remembering of who we truly are.
To the women who have cried, released, laughed, breathed, shared their truth, and chosen healing… I see you.
Your courage ripples far beyond what you may ever realise.
We are not meant to walk this path alone.
When women gather with open hearts, something powerful awakens, remembrance, strength, and deep compassion.

🪬The Importance of Solitude on the Spiritual Path🪬

Solitude is not loneliness. It is sacred space.
On the spiritual path, there are seasons when we are gently (or firmly) called inward, away from noise, opinions, expectations, and constant connection. These moments of solitude are where the real work happens.
When we are processing, releasing, and clearing, the soul needs quiet.

In solitude:
We hear our own truth without interference
Emotions rise so they can be felt, not suppressed. Old stories loosen their grip.
The nervous system softens and resets.
Spirit speaks in whispers instead of shouts.
Solitude allows what has been buried to surface, not to overwhelm us, but to be witnessed with compassion.

It is where grief is honoured, anger is alchemised, and exhaustion is finally allowed to rest.

Clearing is not something we do forcefully.
It happens naturally when we stop running.
Time alone creates the safety needed for release. Safety to cry, to rage, to be still, to do nothing at all. Safety to shed identities that no longer fit. Safety to remember who we are beneath the layers.

This is why periods of withdrawal often precede expansion.
Why silence comes before clarity. Why endings come before rebirth.

If you find yourself craving space, cancelling plans, or needing quiet, trust it. You are not disconnecting from life. You are reconnecting to your essence.

Solitude is not a detour on the spiritual path.
It is the path, for a while.

And when the clearing is complete, you return softer, clearer, and more aligned than before. 🌿✨

🌕 The First Full Moon of the Year – The Wolf Moon 🌕

Tonight we welcome the Wolf Moon, the first full moon of the year and one of the most potent moons in the lunar cycle.
Traditionally named by Indigenous tribes and early European settlers, the Wolf Moon reflects the deep winter months. A time when food was scarce and wolves were often heard howling outside villages. Symbolically, it speaks to instinct, survival, community, and inner strength.
Astronomically, a full moon occurs when the Moon sits opposite the Sun, fully illuminated and shining at its brightest. This heightened lunar light has long been associated with emotional clarity, heightened awareness, and energetic culmination, making it a powerful moment for reflection and release.

Energetically, the Wolf Moon invites us to:

In the midst of deep change, learning to be and to trust the process can be a process in itself.
Creating the life you truly desire often asks us to release what no longer serves us. People, patterns, possessions, behaviours, beliefs etc.

There is no right or wrong way to do this… only your way.

As we move out of the Year of the Snake, we are shedding so much. Old skins, old stories, old versions of ourselves. This can feel tender, uncomfortable, and deeply transformative all at once.

Be compassionate with yourself.
Be understanding with others.

Everyone is releasing something you may never see.

As we step closer to the Year of the Horse, we are invited to begin again - to move forward with courage, freedom, and momentum.

To create new space for abundance, love, and all the incredible possibilities waiting to meet us.

Be humble.
Be grateful.
Be kind.
