We have just navigated through some serious energy shifts ✨️ So now, is a good time to go within, reflect and show gratitude for all we have achieved or been gifted. And know that change and letting go, is all part of nature.

In this life, I travel alone
Through the murky underworld
where the light once shone
Ducking and diving
Through life's twist and turns
Sharing universal knowledge
To all who want to learn
Learn about healing
Suffering and pain
To understand how we create this
Time and time Again
To look for the beauty
In all that we see
Knowing we are all one
You, me, and the trees
Mother Earths sacred heart
Beats for all here on earth
Even for those souls
Who do not know their worth
She provides us with medicines
To heal all our pain
To help set us free
From all guilt and shame
So when the equinox beckons
And leaves fall to the ground
It's a time to go within
Deeply, without a sound
Embracing our polarity
Of light and dark
Which is inside us all
It's what gives us our spark
Our individuality
Is important you see
As this healing journey
Will set your soul free
So with this I mind
Send gratitude to mama cacao
For tonight she is with you
