Meet Your Physio 👋

My name is George, and I’m the Physiotherapist behind SANA Physio.

I graduated in 2017 and hold two bachelor’s degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy.

My professional experience includes roles with Manchester City FC, Blackpool FC, Greenock Morton, and currently Fleetwood Town FC.

I’ve also worked in private practice and within the NHS in Scotland, helping a wide range of people recover from pain and injury.

This broad experience allows me to deliver high-quality care to everyone - from weekend warriors to elite athletes.

Whether you’re dealing with a ni**le, recurring injury, or want to perform at your best, I’m here to help.

OA v RA🥊

Arthritis is a highly prevalent condition, affecting many, many people all across the world🌎

Two of the most common types are Osteoarthritis abs Rheumatoid Arthritis. But the two can often be confused with each other🙄

In this post, we’re going to cover some key differences between the two conditions to help develop your understanding📈

This is our first post since I started my Physiotherapy degree in September, and I’m hoping to be able to post regular content which will reflect the topics I’m covering during my studies! If you’re a fellow student, hopefully you will find this information helpful/useful!

Let me know what you think in the comments and stay safe✌🏻👇🏻
