✨️ Well, this feels a little strange but that is a wrap on classes with 'To The Moon & Back' 🤍 As always, this term has been so lovely, getting to know new families and welcoming back familiar faces too. We have definitely finished on a high! Thank you so much for my beautiful gifts & cards, very unexpected but hugely appreciated and definitely feeling the love 🤍.

Once again, thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last couple of years, it has been an absolute dream ✨️

🤍 I'm really not sure how to start this post. I have typed and deleted it so many times, so here we go..

✨️This week, I have let all my current parents & babies know that this term is the last for, 'To The Moon & Back'. This has not been an easy decision at all, as many of you know, these classes are my passion and I absolutely love holding them. However, times are tricky for so many small businesses & for many reasons, I have decided it is time to close. Thank you so, so much to all of you who have attended classes with me at any point over the last two years. It has been an absolute pleasure to be able to get to know so many of you and hold a space that is supportive, friendly & nurturing for all parents & babies.
BUT... not all is lost.. as much as I am sad to close this door, I am super excited to open the next as I become the newest Hartbeeps Imaginator with
I will be leading the classes at Galgate, Halton & Lancaster from January and I cannot wait!
I absolutely love Hartbeeps (as many of you will have heard in classes when discussing your next classes to move onto). I have been taking my little boy since he was 6 months old (he is now 3.5 years old) and we have loved every second. Like my own classes, Hartbeeps classes are inclusive, supportive, friendly and age appropriate, (with classes for little ones from the tiny age of 6-8 weeks right the way up to pre-school) so this feels like such a natural transition, and of course I'll be taking my skills and knowledge within Baby Massage & Baby Yoga, Child Development & Infant Mental Health with me.

🤍✨️ We're now into week 3 of this term for both Baby Massage & Baby Yoga & what a wonderfully busy term it has become. With the lead up to Christmas now well upon us, these mornings can bring a little bit of relaxation & 'time out', spending 1:1 time with your little ones. Let's just hope the weeks slow down a little 🤭.

🌙 We have come to the end of another wonderful term of Baby Massage & Baby Yoga. It has been so lovely to meet so many new faces this term as well as welcoming back those who have been enjoying multiple terms 🤍
This term has also seen the return of families bringing new siblings along, which has been incredibly special ✨️.

💟💙 Today marks the beginning of Baby Loss Awareness Week. A week to bring awareness, to the loss & grief that too many families face on a daily basis.
This week I will be keeping all of these babies & their families in thought, but at the forefront of that will most definitely be my own beautiful girl, Florrie (Florence) who was tragically stillborn at 41+5 in 2019.

I have sought so much comfort in recent years through our local charity , who offer so many vital meet ups, peer support & events for bereaved parents and their families. I cannot express my gratitude enough, for this amazing charity that Chelsie & Matt so courageously and proudly provide for families like their own & mine.
I have met some wonderful people through this charity, who have now become my friends. The bond we all share is heartbreaking, but is like nothing else, we are a force to be reckoned with 🤭🤍 in helping to raise awareness, keep our babies memories alive & basically keeping each other going.

🤍 & volunteers will be holding a memorial gathering at the Ashton Memorial, to mark the Wave of Light 🕯 on the 15th October at 6:15pm (candles to be lit at 7pm). Hot drinks will be available, as well as memorial cards and a few words to remember our beautiful babies. All are welcome, so please do join us if this resonates with you.

🌙 The new term of Baby Massage & Baby Yoga is well underway, we're actually now half way through 😳 where does the time go!? Anyway, it has been such a pleasure to meet so many new faces this term, witnessing so many beautiful moments of connection, laughing at the silliness & craziness that comes with parenting and feeling such warmth watching so many of you support one another 🤍
What a gorgeous start to Autumn 🍂....

🌈 22nd August - National Rainbow Baby Day. A Rainbow Baby is a baby born after pregnancy loss, baby loss or child loss.

What better day, to tell you more about our Fully Funded 'Rainbow' Baby Massage sessions..

▪︎ How do these sessions differ to the other Baby Massage class that we offer?
Firstly, the Rainbow sessions are fully funded by and are therefore, at no cost to you.
There is no difference in the content to the class.You will receive 6 weeks of Baby Massage teaching from myself, within a nurturing & supportive space.
The main difference lies in the families that are attending the sessions, as those attending will all have experienced a previous pregnancy, baby or child loss, including myself.
This will hopefully take away any awkward questions such as, 'is this your first baby?' Or 'do they have any brothers or sisters?' because everyone else within the space understands how difficult those questions can be and just 'get it.'

▪︎ Are you expected to talk about your loss?
Absolutely not. This is a safe space to bring your Rainbow Baby & learn a new skill that will bring huge benefits to both you & baby. Of course, if you wish to chat about your loss at any time, that is absolutely fine too.

▪︎ Does this have to be your first baby following a loss?
No, you are welcome to join these sessions whether it be your first, second, third (etc) baby following your loss.

▪︎ Do you get a chance to get to know the other families?
Yes, there is always time at the end of massage to explore the sensory area with baby, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and chat to other parents if you wish. This isn't compulsory though, so if that's not your thing, that's OK too.

✨️🌙 Last week we finished the Baby Massage term off with some footprint keepsakes, certificates & having a run through of Back, legs & chest Massage to finish 🤍 What a wonderful term it has been, thank you all so much for joining me 🤲.
