Pilates

Low impact, physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Hubertus Pilates (1833 - 1967), after whom it was named.

Joseph Pilates was a sickly child whom suffered from Asthma, Rickets and Rheumatic Fever, and dedicated his entire life to become physically stronger.

Regular Pilates can help to improve postural alignment, muscle strength and tone, balance, flexibility and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
