🌱 Root to Rise – July Yoga with Helen 🌱
As we step into the last two weeks of July, our theme in class will be “Root to Rise” – exploring how we ground ourselves through the body and breath so we can lift, grow, and move forward with lightness.
We'll work with the Muladhara chakra (our root energy centre) to build a strong foundation, focusing on balance, stability, and feeling supported – both on and off the mat. From this base, we rise into gentle strength and openness.
