The Friends Meeting House, Quakers hall. Preston

A brand new 90-minute monthly class in a beautiful new venue.

This month’s theme: Yin & Yang – finding balance between movement and stillness.

Expect a flowing sequences to energise the body and restful pauses to restore the mind.

I’d love the good people of Preston (and beyond!) to join me as we begin this new journey together.

We are moving the spine in all directions today, looking at the curves of the spine, functionalities, and trying to access more freedom of movement.

NORDIC WALK

Sunday 10th 9.30am to 11am.

Meeting at the entrance of Williamson Park on Quernmore Road, heading towards the war graves in the cemetery, then walking to the Priory, and the town hall rememberance gardens for a time of reflection.
