I had the pleasure of treating the lovely Kasia recently. They came in with shoulder pain and reduced range of motion, which was making every day tasks much more difficult. Add in that Kasia is a fit pro, and the problem is even more of an issue.
After just one hour, we eliminated the pain and improved range of motion significantly. Look at that before and after!
