At Evermore Care, we recognise colleagues through our Step Up, Stand Out awards and this month, we are celebrating our brilliant colleagues:
Debbie who has been recognised for going above and beyond her role, helping residents to settle and relax with a calm and reassuring approach. She also supports her colleagues wherever she can, whether that’s helping in the laundry or simply checking in. She is always happy to help.
Dorne who consistently goes above and beyond every day. She is caring and compassionate, always putting the wellbeing of the residents first. She supports her colleagues, shows true teamwork and kindness, and brings emotional support when it’s needed most. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she is a truly valued member of the team.
Kayleigh who brings a vibrant energy to the home, making everyone around her feel happy and welcome. Her positive attitude creates a lovely atmosphere for residents, families and staff, and she is often described by residents as an absolute gem.
Laurelle who has a calm and compassionate approach. She listens to residents, making them feel valued and respected, and leads her team by example. She maintains high standards while supporting both residents and colleagues, and has adapted incredibly well in a short space of time. Laurel shows confidence, initiative and a strong commitment in her role.
Smitha who is always positive, approachable and supportive. She is always willing to guide and support new staff, leading by example and helping to create a welcoming team environment. She consistently puts residents first and shows genuine care and dedication to their wellbeing.
