THE RIVER ROOM AT HALTON MILL
8 week Pilates for Beginners course.
10.45-11.45 on Mondays
September 4th to October 23rd.
Classes run by a Chartered Physiotherapist trained in the "Body Control Pilates" method. It will cover the principles of Pilates and correct posture, basic anatomy and what is meant by "the core". There will be some course notes and exercises to practice at home and we will look at using other small equipment to enhance and vary the exercises in the last couple of weeks.
It will be suitable for all ages and those who need a Pilates refresher or a gentle class.

On completion of an enrolment form, full payment in advance will secure your place.
The cost will be £70.

It's been a while since I updated my page but I'm going to try and keep it more up to date!
Currently I run 4 classes.
The mill at Halton Mon 9.30-10.30
Hornby institute Tues 10-11
The Gregson Lancaster Wed 9.45-10.45
Bentham town hall Thurs 9.30-10.30
Currently Halton and Hornby are full and I run a waiting list.
Bentham has 2 spaces from April 20th for anyone who has already done Pilates and is in good health as it's not a gentle class.
I may have space at the Gregson coming up but will be working my way down the waiting list and will then post again if the space is not filled.
I don't currently run a beginners class but if a beginner wished to join a current class I do a 1:1 session first to learn the basics and make it easier to drop into the class flow.
My classes are all booked in half term length blocks and paid for in advance. If a class is missed, there is chance to catch up in a different class where there is space.
The classes are £9 for the hour, a max of 12 in a class (usually less) and all equipment provided.

11-12 on a Wednesday at the Gregson Institute in Lancaster.
