This week I took time out for some “me time” and I went off to see Leighan for a carbon laser facial.

It was fabulous 😍 and I now have a proper skin care routine! 🤭

I have been visiting Leighan for a while now for laser hair removal and it has made a huge difference to me and I’ve also had my eyeliner tattooed, she is amazing!

Another fabulous evening last night, thank you to all who attended!

Helen and Phil’s meditation and soundbath classes are amazing and I feel uplifted the day after, I'm able to completely relax in there presence and experience the benefits the soundbath gives me, it has been so great for my wellbeing and an opportunity to meet new like minded people and a friendly environment.
The tea and biscuits are a treat too !!
