Then we will explore sound!

Then lie back and relax whilst Phil bathes us in sound!

Wow, what a night!
Last nights drumming circle was fabulous!

7 wonderful ladies coming together to release, create and have fun!

We released any negative energy at the beginning through meditation and intention setting, then burning what our intention for release was - I found this really powerful and a wonderful process to witness, it was truly beautiful!

We created energy in the group and sent it out to be used where it’s needed most and had fun whilst doing it!

All in all a bloody great evening!

Thank you Music 2 Calm The Soul Angel Wings and to everyone for coming, I can’t wait for the next one!

We will be doing a short body scan meditation, intention setting and thinking about what we need to release and let go of!

Phil will be getting us all drumming and having some fun with it!
