There is so much fear often around poisonous plants, trees and other beings.
I'd like to speak to this.
They are deep wisdom keepers and remind us that even if something is natural
it is potent and is to be revered, respected
and honoured
for it holds great power
and as we pull away from the label poison
we bring within our beings
discernment and balance
which feels softer
and spirals into our knowing
deep into the Earth

We started doing our Shamanic Dances back in 2019, before everything locked down. We came together after that in life and love.
Paul Mill plays the bass
He holds the base

He plays the base so deeply in our lives and with his sound
When I first danced flamenco to his guitar I felt so held
Invisible senses and awareness of what is coming
and how it is felt
in all of it
His music and sounds has arms that hold you.
A heart that feels and his being reads the energy in a room and the answer comes out of his hands
it is pure love
He holds the base at home,
tender and true with his hands building our home
he was the doula
birthing our babies
such care and craft
I have never witnessed this anywhere else
I love this man deeply
He is bringing his sound healing to our next shamanic dance on 31st October
It is my soul's path to bring my people the holding of their Illuminated Ancestors
the path of belonging, connection
no matter what happened this lifetime
This is for you, the cherished or the black sheep to bring you back to the knowings of the land and the trees
of love pulsing through the lineage to shine through our hearts

This September we launch our Earth Wisdom School, online and in person. We LOVE our in person sessions. Our next Shamanic Dance and Sound Bath is a journey with the Illuminated Ancestors, an Empowerment Dance

This is an honouring of the season, Samhain and our connection with the Earth and our Illuminated Ancestors, those who are supportive and loving to our path.

Wear something you can move in
Bring a blanket to snuggle up to for the Sound Bath
And any Ancestral Offerings e.g photographs or Earth Ancestors such as acorns, hazelnuts and hawthorn berries
