Do you like music during a session? Do you have a playlist of music on your own phone or device that you'd like to use?

Just ask to connect it via bluetooth to my speaker to play your own music which you know you enjoy, or which would help you feel how you want to feel in your session - whether that is calmed, uplifted, or inspired!

Another beneficial way to use your own music, is that if you always play a particular playlist during your session, it becomes associated by your brain with how you feel during the session. So, for example if you feel more relaxed and calm during your session, when at home, you can play that music, to evokes the calm and relaxation you felt and to reconnect with that relaxed feeling.

A client has just alerted me to the fact that when she went to book, the Holistyx Online Scheduler had the option to give an 18% tip ticked as a default, turning a £50 appointment into a £58 appointment. I want to apologise for this as I had no idea this was the case!

Tips are NOT expected let alone at such a generous amount.

I am only given the option to allow people to tip, or not allow people to tip. The tip options or default is not editable by me. I have emailed the platform (Acuity) about this, to suggest this is changed.

I have added "Tips are enabled but not expected" to the instructions on how to book at the top of the scheduler and going forward it will be included in the information I email to prospective new clients.

Some wonderful feedback from today's client. He said, he didn't know my level of gentle precision was possible - that it was like when he went to a 3 Michelin starred restaurant and discovered what could be done with food. That the massage he'd had before at a spa was like a pub lunch - better than what you can do for yourself at home. But what I do is like the starred Chef! ☺️

Hi all, a heads up on a small price rise for all appointments where the booking is made on or after the 6th April.

Appointments arranged for after that date will remain at current prices if you get them booked before the 6th April.

Appointments are now bookable up to the end of April

A client today that I last saw January 2023 tells me the spasm in her eyelid she had then, which she had been getting daily, since Oct / Nov 2022 (so 2-3 months) was gone the day after the massage 💆 and Reflexology 👣 session with me, never to return. 👀

Specsavers had told her there was nothing she could do, other than get more sleep 😴 and drink less coffee ☕- though she didn't even drink much coffee!

I never promise to be able to 'fix' anything permanently - let alone in one session - but its fabulous when I hear that I did! 💜
