This year me and Lily have been busy preparing the Medicine Garden for teaching . I let this go a bit but decided this year to go back to my original plan and establish as many herbs as I can . We are creating the menopause area in the shape of a flower and growing veg also .
There will come a time , in fact it’s here! that the powers that be will try and prevent us from having freedom to grow and make medicine to heal ourselves …. I’m delighted with the way it’s taking shape 🌱🌱🌱

Every Easter I start my Nettle cleanse ,these amazing little plants packed with nutrients, minerals and cleansing property properties are the perfect start of a spring cleanse.

A busy week supporting yarden project and what an inspiring group of young people that turned up to clear the neglected yard connected to the youth space into a functional and beautiful bio diverse nature yard for all young people to enjoy ! Thank you amazing young people that committed and moved compost , planted flowers and veg and cleared other peoples rubbish away !!! I feel inspired by you !!!
