At Slimming World we really do understand the psychology of the Slimmer and we help people find the changes they can make to help them live a healthier lifestyle and shift the burden of being overweight. It’s not easy, but being part of a like-minded group certainly makes it easier.

This absolute legend 🤗 who attends my Slimming World Group at Grace Baptist Church, Lancaster has blown us all away with his brave and positive attitude despite ending up dealing with an unexpected amputation after complications from recent surgery. His wife Tracey has stood by his side bravely and with grace. What a couple!!!
