The Quiet Between Breaths

Sit comfortably and let your breath fall into a natural rhythm. There’s no need to change it. Just notice it.

Let yourself linger there for a moment without trying to hold it. Simply notice the quiet space. It is a moment of pure presence, a small doorway into calm.
Continue breathing, aware of the inhale, the exhale, and the soft pause between them. Let that stillness soothe your mind.
