Breathing for Clarity

Sit comfortably and allow your shoulders to drop. Take a slow breath in through your nose and feel the air move all the way down into your belly.

As you inhale, imagine drawing in a fresh sense of clarity, as if cool light is spreading through your chest and mind. Let it sweep away any fogginess or clutter.

As you exhale, allow distractions to loosen and drift away. Picture them dissolving into the air with each long, gentle outbreath.

Continue this cycle for a few minutes. Clarity in, distraction out. Focus in, noise out.

When you feel ready, take one final steady breath and quietly say to yourself, “My mind is clear and present.”

Find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take a few slow, grounding breaths, letting your body soften with each exhale.

Allow yourself to release the need to do, fix, or achieve. Notice the sensations of your body, the rhythm of your breath, and the gentle flow of your thoughts without trying to change them.

Remind yourself that in this moment, there is nothing you need to accomplish. You are enough simply as you are. Let your mind rest in the stillness of now, like water settling in a calm pond.

Stay here for a few minutes, breathing softly and allowing yourself to simply exist. When you’re ready, take a final deep breath and whisper, “I am here. I am enough. I simply am.”
