I’m very much noticing the dates and clock times this year 2026 (year 1 in terms of numerology). The month of February feels particularly auspicious as did 02.2020. Weird stuff was happening in my world then and the pandemic was just around the corner. “It’s the end of the world as we know it.” (Name that band” 🎤🎸). No matter where your own journey is taking you, travel well and well equipped. Homeopathy has supported me across my particularly bumpy 6 years.

This is my sixth winter of open water swimming. It’s kept me going through some tricky times. I add in homeopathy, shiatsu massage, chiropractic and reflexology from my trusted therapists. My homeopathic clients tell me that homeopathy plus a positive state of mind have supported them through those times. Try it. I swim both in the North West and the South West where my clinics are based.
