On this 3 week meditation course, we will explore how to reconnect with our own inner calm, kindness, and clarity and as a result experience many benefits for both ourself and others.
week one. : Meditation on Cherishing Others
week two : Meditation on Taking away Suffering
week three : Meditation on Giving Happiness
The classes are guided by qualified meditation teacher Kadam Rosy McDaniel, who teaches with clarity, warmth and sincerity, gently guiding people to find inner peace and lasting happiness.
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace. There will then be a short talk on meditation, its functions and benefits. The class concludes with a second guided meditation giving us an opportunity to become familiar with meditation and take some time to contemplate the new ideas that we have learnt.
