A morning to find balance and connect to the rhythmic cycles of nature. Honouring the Winter Solstice by taking a moment to find flow, stillness and harmony.
We will move through different yoga practices including sun salutations, gentle flow, longer held yin like poses, breathwork & meditation and finish with a short Sound Bath.
The beautiful Leaa from _sounds will provide sound accompaniment throughout our practice with flute, drums, singing bowls & gongs.
Natalie from will lead the practices.

All of this in the stunning Ashton Memorial at Williamson Park Lancaster

Using our breath as our foundation, I invite you to listen & observe, to release & allow.
To find a gentle unravelling & a gradual unfolding; to remember an inner stillness and drop into a deep nurturing rest.

We will explore breath work, gentle movement, intentional stillness, mindful massage/assists & finish with a nourishing Yoga Nidra, all whilst being bathed in the gentle, soft glow of candlelight.

You will leave feeling lighter, peaceful, with a sense of clarity & stillness of body & mind.

This practice is suitable for anyone wanting to slow down, to release tension from the body & mind and to find true rest.

WHOO HOO - so stepping out of comfort again and trying to embrace technology!!🤔

I had really good feedback from the summer programme of online yoga, so I’m trying some more.

Online & Recorded Classes October 2025

🧘🏻‍♀️Monday & Wednesday @6.30am 30 min class – Live on Zoom & Recorded
Gentle movement to awaken the physical body – at times may include longer breath work techniques or meditations.

🧘🏻‍♀️60 min Class Recorded only
This will always start with some breathwork & grounding and end with savasana. The middle of the practice will vary from week to week, sometimes a more yin style – holding poses, sometimes Ashtanga style and sometimes a gentle flow amongst others.

🧘🏻‍♀️Cost for the month is £20 payable by bank transfer – once payment is received you will receive the zoom links for the live classes and the password to access the recorded classes on my website. Classes will be uploaded each Thursday – you can download them or the password will allow you access indefinitely.

🧘🏻‍♀️If you wish to join the Temple Yoga What’s App group – I will be putting free short videos on there throughout the month – just message your name & number and I’ll add you in.

🧘🏻‍♀️If you would like to receive a tailored individual package of recorded classes – please get in touch to arrange this.

🧘🏻‍♀️I’ll review this each month so that together we can try and make this as accessible and effective as we can – if you have requests for certain styles of classes or to address specific themes or areas of the body, please just drop me a message.
