What a day – I’ve cried twice already today! Our lovely Paula is leaving to start a nursing degree after working with us for nearly 20 years. We will all miss her very much. Thank you to everyone who has popped in with a card or sent her a message this morning. She is feeling truly loved.

Last week we welcomed leaders from NHS England and had the privilege of showing them the service we provide in and around Lancaster as Core Pillars of Primary Care. This visit was a valuable opportunity for frontline contractors like us to speak directly with national senior leaders about our passion for patient care and NHS services delivery, but also the real day to day challenges we face.
