Start your month the right way with coffee, chat and connection. No 60 second pitches, no in your face selling. This is a morning to bring together brilliant women in business and a chance to share knowledge, offer advice and give support.

Not running a business or thinking about it? You are welcome.

Employed but want a change of scenery and to meet new people? You are welcome.

There’s lots of free on street parking near the studio and teas, coffees and cold drinks available to buy. We’ll bring the snacks!

And through it all… friendship, sisterhood, and the deep knowing that women need space to pause, reset and come home to themselves.

That’s why we do this work.
That’s why we create these days.

This Sunday we gather for Rise & Renew, aligned with Imbolc ~ the season of gentle beginnings, renewed energy, and planting seeds for what’s next 🌱

A day to slow down.
To reflect.
To reconnect with yourself and your intentions for the months ahead.

Our retreat has been designed to give you what you actually need. Time out. Space. Rest. A chance to leave everything at the door. No one needing you. No guilt. No holding it all together.

Just a day that’s about you.

Here’s what’s waiting for you:

• Guided meditation, cacao ceremony and optional hot & cold therapy
• A nourishing seasonal breakfast, lunch and afternoon sweet treat
• Gentle goddess yoga and mindful movement
• A restorative somatic bodywork and breathwork session
• A beautiful rural venue, a warm atmosphere and plenty of space to rest
