On Friday, we also celebrated the retirement of Pam at Morecambe!

Pam began her career with us 20 years ago as a Care Assistant and later took on the role of Cook, always bringing kindness, dedication and a lovely sense of humour to everything she did. She has been a constant presence and a real part of the heart of the home.

Pam, thank you for your years of hard work and care. You’ve made such a difference to so many people and will be greatly missed by everyone at Morecambe.

Last week, we said a fond farewell to Siji, our incredible Matron at Lancaster. She has been a pillar of strength and compassion and her dedication and leadership have left a lasting impression on everyone she has worked with.

Siji, you've done a phenomenal job and touched countless lives along the way. Your warmth, wisdom and unwavering care will be deeply missed by us all.

As you begin this exciting new chapter back in India, we wish you every success and happiness. Thank you for everything. You will always be part of the Hillcroft family💙
