TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Due to some recent no-shows and same day cancellations. Whilst I like to give the benefit of the doubt as the fair person that I am. I am also self employed, trying to run a business. CASH PAYMENTS

- Client can opt when booking to pay by cash following their massage. However, if appointment is cancelled within the 24hour window the client will then be requested to pay in full on rebooking via payment link. CARD PAYMENTS

- On booking, clients will be sent a payment link.

- To secure the booking for the massage payment in full is required 24hours before appointment takes place. Failure to do this will result in loss of appointment on day of booking.

*** NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON CARD PAYMENTS IF CANCELLED WITHIN 24HRS***

As of today HC Sports Massage will be OFFICIALLY closing its doors in the UK!

Before I start my move to Switzerland, I want to personally thank ALL my amazing customers from The Roses Teams who used my service, to regulars and newbies! Thankyou for supporting my little business and putting your trust in me as a practitioner!!

I couldn't have done it without you all!!
