BWY teacher. My yoga is that of un-doing. Get away from the rat race and slow down. Yoga in Carnforth I am a BWY qualified teacher since 2011.

Since having covid in April 2020 I have been unable to return to teaching community classes. I offer a 1 hr zoom each week which I find manageable as I continue to regain some strength. Please join me if you can.
