That was Sue’s reaction when she opened her birth chart report 🤣

She was genuinely surprised by how much information is contained within a full birth chart and excited to start reading it 😁

We then spent several hours together exploring her chart and the different planetary placements that shape personality, life themes and experiences.

Sue shared this reflection afterwards:

With Mother’s Day coming up this weekend, a few people have messaged me recently asking about something slightly different as a gift.

Not jewellery.
Not flowers.

But something personal and meaningful 💗

One of the things I create is a personalised birth chart report called a Soul Snapshot - a 30-page report created using the exact time, date and place someone was born.

Because every birth chart is completely unique, the report explores things like the person's:

• personality strengths
• emotional patterns
• natural traits and motivations
• the life themes that shape their journey

For many people, reading their birth chart becomes a moment of self-recognition - understanding themselves in a way they may never have seen before - and that’s what makes it such an interesting gift.

How much easier would life feel if you felt calm instead of chaotic, and grounded instead of stressed?

That’s how I experience my months - not because life is perfect but because I plan consciously around the wider timing and cycles at play.

Using as a planning tool means fewer surprises, more awareness, and a greater ability to move with change rather than feel thrown by it.

One of the most interesting things I see when people read their birth chart for the first time is the moment of recognition.

They often say something like: "That explains so much about me."

In my work as a trauma-informed coach, I often see how many of the challenges people face come from not fully understanding their own patterns, emotional responses or natural strengths.

When we start to explore those things with curiosity instead of criticism, something shifts.

People often move from thinking "Why am I like this?" to "Ah… now I understand."

That shift in perspective can be incredibly empowering.

Alongside coaching tools, one of the reflective frameworks I offer is using astrology.

A birth chart is created using the exact time, date and place someone was born. When explored thoughtfully, it can highlight patterns around personality, motivations and life themes.

Not as a prediction of what will happen but as a lens for self-awareness and understanding.

Because when people understand themselves more clearly, they often begin to move through life with greater compassion, clarity and confidence.

Yesterday I set myself a goal:
