As part of University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust's involvement in the Anti-Racism Anchor Task Group, this infographic has been produced. It details the differences between a a Hate Crime and a Hate Incident and guides people on the reporting procedures. In the current climate, knowing how to identify and report hate related incidents is becoming more and more important. We are proud to share that for the second year in a row, UHMBT Careers & Apprenticeships Team and University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust has been shortlisted for the North West T Levels Employer of the Year in association with the Department for Education's Apprenticeship & Skills Awards. The award ceremony is in mid-October and here's hoping we can repeat last year's success of winning the Regional trophy. Thanks to all of our partner Colleges; Lancaster & Morecambe College, Kendal College and Furness College for their continued collaborative support.

Cancer Care - are relaunching the youth work programme refresh for children affected by cancer and bereavement.
Open days are 12th and 15th September at Slyndales 5pm till 7pm. Then they will run Mellow Monday age 12 to 18 4pm till 5pm, Homework club 5pm till 7pm a peer led youth group. Wonderful Wednesday age 4 to 11 4pm till 5pm in Morecambe. Fun Friday age 12 to 18 4pm till 5pm drop-in support 5pm till 7pm activity
