I have a tendency towards negative thinking and I'm trying to make a conscious effort to start each day with an affirmation such as "Today is going to be a good day."

The past is just a memory and the future hasn't happened yet so why not expect the best outcome instead of worrying about the What If's?

Great to be back at the gym after a five-week break. I do love holidays with the sunshine every day and different experiences, but it is sometimes a challenge to find foods I want to eat. One carb-loaded or ultra processed meal leads me to crave more and before I know it, I’m feeling sluggish and struggle to maintain my weight. This used to be the norm for me, but since starting to eat in a balanced way I am more aware of how good I feel when I nourish my body so I try my best to make healthy choices when on holiday.
