For the next 30 days, I’m committing to:
DAILY
1) 3 meals only – no snacking, no sugar 🍳πŸ₯©πŸ₯¦
2) 30 mins outdoor walk/run πŸŒΏπŸ‘Ÿ
3) 30 mins indoor workout πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
4) 30 mins dance – any style, just move with music πŸ’ƒπŸŽΆ
5) Read 1 chapter (or 30 pages) of a book πŸ“– (no audiobooks!)
6) Daily progress picture πŸ“Έ
7) Drink at least 2 Litres of filtered water

Consistency over perfection. Let’s see what 30 days of discipline can create!
