✨ An Invitation to Slow Down & Let Go ✨

We all carry tension in everyday ways — tight shoulders 🤍, shallow breathing 🌬️, a jaw that never quite relaxes. Often, we don’t even notice it’s happening.

This class is an invitation to take our awareness inwards🧘‍♀️

By gently tuning into your breath and body as they truly are, we’ll explore where you may be holding on — and how to soften that effort 💫

🌿 Letting go doesn’t mean giving up
It means releasing what you don’t need to carry anymore.

Rooted in yoga philosophy and accessible to everyone.

✨ Rest into yourself — just as you are
✨ We will end with a restorative quartz crystal sound bath

My next 'Learn to meditate' retreat takes place at Dent meditation centre Saturday 22nd November. Also open to those who want a refresher who already have been on this retreat day.

Thankyou to everyone who came to the autumn retreat last weekend. I had such an enjoyable day spent with you all and am thankful that the weather was kind! Giving a special thanks to Olly for preparing our lunch. We will be back for a spring retreat on March 7th 2026.

I'd like to say a big thankyou to everyone who came to the Spring Wellbeing retreat at Patty's Barn. A wonderful day spent with an amazing group of women. Giving a special thanks to Olly for nourishing us with food, and Emma Claire for your beautiful sound bath and voice. We will be returning in September for an autumn retreat!

A beautiful day for the Learn to Meditate retreat at The Rewilding today, the perfect space both inside and out to hold these days. Beautiful views across the salt marshes and some time enjoyed outside for a walk on the land. Thankyou to all that came today 🙏☀️

I will be running a meditation retreat day on Saturday 7th October at The Rewilding, Cockerham.
You will learn a simple meditation technique using a sacred sound and develop a 20 minute daily practice that will release patterns of tension.
