This is a flexible position, with hours and pay open to discussion depending on availability, experience, and client demand.

- Qualified massage therapist (Level 3 or higher preferred)

❓Hi Shaun tell us a little about you and what inspires you?

I’ve always been involved with health and fitness throughout my life. I’ve been a rugby player for many years, studied sports coaching at uni and I’m also a qualified PT. Fitness is my passion and I always aspire to share my passion with other people and guide them through their own health and fitness journeys.

❓How do you do this?

Investing in your own health can be confusing and daunting. My aim is to make people feel as comfortable as possible when guiding them through the many treatments we have at RE:SET With my experience and knowledge I hope to make a positive impact on people’s lives through health and fitness.

❓What else can you tell us?

I am currently in prep for a couple of bodybuilding shows in September. It’s a new challenge for me and with the implementation of some of the treatments at RE:SET it has really benefited my recovery and training.

❓Sophia tell us a little bit about yourself…?

From a very young age I always loved to look after people so when the opportunity came to work in one the top award winning salons in lancashire I jumped at the chance. 17 years of working within the beauty industry in many roles as receptionist, nail techniciann, marketing assistant and owner of my own salon!

❓How did you get into the wellness sector?

Covid hit us and like most of us my mental health took a turn down a black whole. That’s where I started looking at alternative methods to help myself, whether that be exercise, meditation, selfcare, reading or float therapy, as medication from the doctors had a more negative impact on me then a positive one.

❓So now you’re at RE:SET, what lights you up?

Working at RE:SET isn’t just a job, it’s a lifestyle for me, helping others whether it be due to injury, mental, chronic illnesses or general health and wellbeing and seeing our clients over come and making progress in their own personal journey is so rewarding. In this industry we are always learning new and innovating ways to help nurture others.

I pride my self on 5 star customer service and experience from start to finish, I’m alway happy to help and no question is ever a silly question.
I’m truly blessed to now be apart of the RE:SET family and I’m really looking forward to helping you all on your health journey.

Re:set was born to bring to life the concept of a wellness centre that caters for its clients mental and physical well being. Our first centre is due to open in Lancaster, Lancashire in November 2018.

With state of the art technology we are able to provide our users with Floatation therapy, salt room therapy, Infrared Sauna therapy and Sports, Deep tissue and relaxation massage!

Its our aim to bring the concept of taking time out of our busy lifestyles to look after ourselves both mentally and physically allowing the stresses of every day life to be managed and balanced. For too long the concept of self care and relaxation has been associated with a minority who have seen and felt the benefits.

Its Re:set’s mission to educate and influence its customers in to the importance of managing stresses, both physical and mental, in busy lifestyles to improve quality of life.
