What a wonderful way to finish our Easter Holiday Club on Friday! 🌿✨
The children had a brilliant day getting creative and working together, designing their own tote bags, inventing and leading their own reverse scavenger hunts, and collaborating to build an impressive giant nest! Alongside all of this, there was plenty of time for imaginative play, exploring, and developing those all-important large motor skills in our incredible outdoor space.
It really has been two fun-filled weeks in such a fantastic location, and we’re so grateful for every moment shared. We can hardly believe schools go back today!
Wishing all of our families the very best of luck as you head into the summer term, we hope it’s a happy and successful one for you all. 💛🌼

🌿✨ Our penultimate day of holiday club may have brought a little rain, but that certainly didn’t dampen our spirits! 🌧️💛
The children embraced all things spring as they took part in a team leaf identification challenge, full of curiosity, teamwork and lots of excitement (they absolutely loved it!). 🍃🔍
It was also a very special day as we celebrated a birthday! 🥳 We made sure it was one to remember, with some fun party games before lunch, lots of smiles, and a lovely sense of togetherness.
After an active morning, we enjoyed a cosy movie to start the afternoon - well deserved after all that creativity and fresh air! 🎬🍿
To round off a jam-packed day, we slowed things down with some mindful observation, carefully studying flowers and leaves at the craft tables, before bringing them to life through delicate sketches and beautiful watercolour paintings. 🎨🌸
Rain or shine, days like these are what holiday club is all about 💚 ✨🌿

What a beautiful start we had to Week 2 of Easter Holiday Club! ☀️ We couldn’t have ordered the weather more perfectly, and we definitely made the most of every sunny moment.
Highlights from Tuesday and Wednesday were creating stunning marbling pictures, making chocolate nests, The Big Easter Egg Hunt (part two!) and getting hands-on designing and making our very own live miniature gardens. 🌱✨ The creativity on display was just amazing!
Of course, there was plenty of time for free play in the sunshine, along with a woodland nature hunt that sparked lots of curiosity and adventure. 🌿🪵

What a fantastic final day of Easter Holiday Club Week 1! 🐣✨
We got creative with Easter cards and colourful collages, explored the outdoors through woodland play, and then came the big highlight… our Easter egg hunt! 🍫🌿
With 120 eggs hidden around the grounds, the children teamed up, worked together brilliantly, and had so much fun searching high and low. Everyone went home with some chocolate treats, and our winning team even scored an extra little prize - well done! 🏆👏🏻
Such a joyful way to wrap up the week. We’ve loved every minute and can’t wait to do it all again in Week 2! Spaces are still available if you’d like to join us.

🐇🌼 Hidden treasures, happy children, and a touch of Easter magic in the air. 🌼🐇
We had such a brilliant time at Easter Holiday Club last week - it was filled with creativity, laughter and a little bit of Easter magic. ✨
We still have a few HAF-funded spaces and paid places available for Week 2 (Tues 7th – Fri 10th April) at Caton Primary School Sports Hall and we’d love to welcome you!
A little clue, a little wonder… the magic of an Easter egg hunt. 🧺🥚✨
🐣 HAPPY EASTER from all of us at Indigo! 🌼

We’ve had such a lovely few days at our Easter Holiday Club. 🌿🐣💗🎨🖌️🌳
The children have been busy making kites, exploring on scavenger hunts and forest trails, den-building, bug hunting, enjoying gentle mindfulness games, designing Easter cards, creating slime, baking hot cross buns, and sharing so much imaginative play along the way.
Spring is such a positive and hopeful season so to spend this time in our new surroundings feels quite symbolic. We’re truly loving being able to explore the beautiful outdoor space and we feel so grateful to Caton Primary School for welcoming us so warmly. It’s already beginning to feel like a very special place for our holiday club. 💚
We’re very much looking forward to tomorrow, the final day of week one, with our much-anticipated Easter egg hunt on the agenda! 🐰🍫

🐰🎨 Not all Easter eggs are made of chocolate…
Some are made of imagination, mud, paint and a little bit of magic.
This is where cardboard becomes castles, sticks become stories, and children leave with more than they came with ✨
We’re grateful to be in a beautiful new setting Caton Primary School this Easter, a wonderful space for imagination, exploration and creative possibility 🌿
The Easter Bunny has been spotted wandering around Caton Primary School Sports Hall looking slightly confused… apparently someone told him there were paint splatters, clay pots, nature trails and junk-model rockets hidden amongst the eggs this year.
Turns out he’s right! 🤩
This Easter, Indigo Arts & Crafts Holiday Club is back - and the Lune Valley will once again be filled with muddy boots, big imaginations, bursts of colour and the kind of laughter that only happens when children are free to create, explore and just be kids.
Tucked away in a beautiful semi-rural spot just over the Bay Gateway, Indigo isn’t your average holiday club. It’s paintbrushes and pinecones, pottery and puddles, bushcraft and baking, cardboard castles and nature trails, where creativity spills from the sports hall out into the fields.
For the last decade, Bobbie and the Indigo team have been inspiring young minds with a magical mix of art, nature and adventure. Children leave with paint on their sleeves, new friendships, proud creations and stories they can’t wait to tell.
And this Easter… something egg-stra special is planned. 🐣

🎃✨ What a fang-tastic finale to our October Holiday Club! ✨🎃
We wrapped up the week with a spooktacular Halloween celebration full of tricks, treats and giggles galore! The children brewed up some gooey fun making slime in mini cauldrons, stitched their very own hand puppets, and created Halloween wreaths worthy of any haunted house! 🕸️
Our Oreo spiders were almost too cute to eat (almost 🕷️🍪) and the Halloween games had everyone shrieking with laughter. From start to finish, it was a bewitchingly brilliant day to end an amazing week together!
Thank you to all our little ghouls and goblins for bringing their spooky sparkle, we hope you all had a boo-tiful Halloween! 💜🦇🧙♀️

🌿🔥 What a day we had yesterday at Holiday Club! 🔥🌿
We spent the whole morning outdoors on a bushcraft survival adventure, learning all about the basics of staying alive in the wild, from building our own shelters to hunting down the driest leaves and twigs for our Kelly Kettle fire.
Everyone had a go with flint and steel, and after a bit of teamwork and determination, we soon had our fire roaring! Then came the best bit… toasting marshmallows and making hot chocolate (or hot Vimto!) to warm us up. ☕🔥
The afternoon was just as exciting! We got to work straight after lunch, making chocolate apples (yum!) and then got our creative minds whirring to plan and film our very own stop-motion animation. The children brainstormed together to create a storyline, then collaborated to design amazing props, characters and scenery - such imagination and teamwork on show! 🎬🍎🍫🍭
An amazing day all round, full of fun, laughter, and adventure! 💚

🎃 Wednesday Fun at Holiday Club! 🍂
What a fantastic day we’ve had today! This morning the children got stuck into carving and decorating mini pumpkins. They put so much effort into each one and the results were absolutely amazing, especially once we popped a little orange light inside to make them glow. ✨🎃
After all that creativity, we head outside to soak up the autumn sunshine, playing games, climbing trees and building dens together. It was the perfect way to burn off some energy and build up an appetite for lunch! 🌳☀️
This afternoon, we played a few indoor games before planning and designing our very own autumn-themed tote bags. The designs were brilliant! From leafy patterns to spooky Halloween creations, some children even turned theirs into trick-or-treat bags ready for the big night! 🦇👻
A brilliant day all round, filled with laughter, creativity and lots of autumn magic. 🍁💛
