There will no doubt be an โ€˜evilโ€™ villain โ€“ this could be interpreted as our ego.

It never leaves us, nor do we want it to because the ego also keeps us from leaving the house with no clothes on or running off the edge of cliff.ย ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

These two random examples combined sound like a nudist colony with extreme sporting activities!ย ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Back to the point - the ego can be trained, we must โ€˜grow it back upโ€™ from the subconscious patterns it absorbed to keep us safe a long time ago.

Otherwise, it runs riot & perpetuates the stories of survival that hold us hostage.

Interestingly, at an actual pantomime, we love the โ€˜evilโ€™ villain!ย ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

They are part of the story & we get to โ€œBoooooooooooโ€ out loud at the naughty character.

We love that too; itโ€™s all part of the fun!

It is worth noting that the villain never wins and we tend to know that already.

I wanted to fit into a ๐›๐จ๐ฑ, preferably with a label on it saying "this is what I do."

But I don't & it turns out I never needed to ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

I just had to choose not to be contained by my own limiting beliefs! ๐Ÿ’ก

I have variety in my work, that doesn't mean I lack direction, it means diversity.

This month, my 121 coaching clients have mostly been men, resolving conflict in their businesses or within themselves (or both!) for positive momentum.

My workshops have been focused on Divine Feminine Archetypes, with soul-led women making sense of their journey & their next steps. โœจ

Sounds counterintuitive for clients to be coached to do less,

but it works for hard wired high performers!

๐ŸŒณ Nature teaches us about balance & business through cycles & seasons & it isn't natural for us to be robotic.

Consciously slowing down isn't easy & it doesnโ€™t mean failure but it can initially bring up feelings of anxiety (letting go can feel like losing control).
