You would have seen a wonderful group of smiling faces, lush cake & notepads!

The Troll represents our Mind Gremlins,

the fear, anxiety, guilt, worry, control, perfectionism, impatience, doubt etc

that attempts to steal our joyโ€ผ๏ธ

We all have our own Troll to work with.

Its usually an old story we tell ourselves, but itโ€™s never true. โŒ

Itโ€™s the small frightened part of us that needs love, compassion, reassurance, guidance & boundaries. โค๏ธ
