The power of an authentic network & relationships cannot be underestimated!

I also feel VERY EXCITED!! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Whilst I donโ€™t know what the future holds, I 100% trust my intuition.

My intuition knows with certainty when the time is right to move. ๐Ÿ’ก

I've had a realisation....
....I no longer want to work from home or work solo anymore! ๐Ÿ˜ต

I wasnโ€™t expecting this after running my coaching practice since 2019.

It's been ideal for the past few yearsโ€ฆ.. but I need a NEW CHALLENGE! โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ

My daughters are both teenagers now & they donโ€™t have the same needs.

Making decisions shows the universe we are ready!

Decisions can bring unexpected opportunities, especially when driven by intuition!

As long as we grow from our experiences, we can't get it wrong.

Life is for living!

I'm taking control (not being controlling - two different things) & making decisions.

Decluttering my wardrobe & releasing all the clothes in my loft that do not fit!!

Liberating!

Why?!

I've put on a lot of weight.

I've been through a lot in the past few years which has quite literally weighed me down.

I have also changed for the better in many ways.

No judgement, my body will change again, but for now, for me, kindness & acceptance is key.

What's the point of looking at clothes I can't wear?!

It is not joyful & clutter weighs us down!

My eldest daughter got me into Vinted.

So I learned something new & made money selling things I don't want but other people love - very resourceful.

Plus it's fun to sell stuff fast!๐Ÿ˜œ

(I worked in sales/biz dev for 25 years so I guess that part of me never left lol)!

๐–๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ ๐ ๐จ & ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ, ๐ข๐ญ ๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ, ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ.

I've become somewhat of an expert in Letting Go.

If there is anything / anyone you need to 'let go' of (incl. procrastination) there's often emotional attachment that requires healing.

Healing is a normal part of life & I hold a confidential & non-judgemental space for it.

I might have talked about clothes, but I'm also talking about letting go of who I used to be / what I looked like & the emotional attachment.

That doesn't mean I won't change, in fact, it's the gateway to change!

I know this because I've transformed many times in my life on every level, it's just what I do!

Confidence that is grounded in a state of inner peace is the most authentic kind.

It emanates from an inner strength that doesn't depend upon external factors.

This level of confidence & peace is rooted in patience & trust.

It enables you to be fully present.

People can feel calmer & better, just by being in your presence.

When confidence comes from an inflated ego or sense of superiority, it is weak.

When confidence is based solely on achievement, it is fleeting.

Authentic confidence is not about being better than anyone else,

nor is it about being arrogant, dominant or controlling (fear-based patterns).

It is about being secure in yourself.

Yesterday โ€“ 3 Reasons to Celebrate!!!

A wedding with no guests & barely any photos! ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Followed by a 3-week road trip adventuring through the USA's major cities, tourist sites & epic landscapes in a convertible ๐Ÿš˜ concluding in New York.

What a glorious celebration of the immense contribution the tourism sector has in Cumbria. So much talent & hard working people in one room! ๐Ÿ’›

Delighted to be the guest of Finalist Parsons with hers & Craig's luxury Lake District accommodation 'Fair Rigg by Cradel Haus' making it to the Self-Catering Accommodation of the Year Award! ๐Ÿ‘

The competition is tough & being a Finalist is a huge accolade! ๐ŸŽ‰

Wonderful to sit & chat with Hrishikesh Desai with his infectious smile that is even brighter since winning the Small Hotel of the Year Award for Farlam Hall Hotel & Restaurant! WOW! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ’ซ

Highly commended went to a brilliant business & dedicated team we shared the table with; Rachel Carr of Hidden River Barn in the Wedding Venue of the Year Award! ๐Ÿฅณ ๐Ÿพ

What a lovely touch The Sheila Hensman Unsung Hero Award is & wonderful to see Peter Hill of Cumbrian Heavy Horses win this.

Peter learned to ride at 58 (I did so in my late 30's & felt like a late starter!) so it goes to show that age doesn't need to stop you from galloping towards your dreams! ๐Ÿ‡ ๐Ÿด ๐Ÿงก
