Yoga Dragon studio, is for the practice & study of Yoga, through my constant further development & utter dedication to my own practice, I ensure you the most fulfilling time spent in my classes. I teach Vinyasa flow & power Vinyasa and also the beautiful & Mediative practice of Yin yoga. Always focusing on correct alignment, integration of breath & inner awareness, I create a nurturing soulful, fun environment where students are encouraged to work at their own personal level whilst being challenged in a safe supportive space.

Vinyasa Flow - Tuesday Evening 7pm - 8.30pm.
Meditation & Gentle Yin yoga for Parents. 11am - 12pm.
Yin yoga - Wednesday Evenings 7.30pm - 9pm.
Yin yoga - Thursday Mornings 10am - 11.30am.
Power Vinyasa - Thursday Evening 7pm - 8.30pm.
Yin & Yang - Saturday Morning 10am - 11.30am.
Assisted Yin - The last Sunday of every month 5.30pm - 7.30pm.
Assisted Yin is a combination of restorative Yin poses, gentle meditation and breathing techniques along with gentle myofascial massage which allows the student a deeper more satisfying realise in the pose. Your investment for this deeply nurturing two hour class is Twenty pounds.
Your investment for our classes is 10 pound drop in, or we offer a discount for block bookings. 50 pounds for 6 classes or 70 pounds for 8 classes apart from the Meditation for Parents which is 8 pounds drop in or 45 pounds for the six week program. For block bookings a class needs to be attended each week.

Anatomy Awareness applied class with Alice. The second Sunday of every month. 10.30am - 12pm. 10 pounds per class.

Vinyasa translates to place in a perfect way, A flowing sequence ' Synchronizes traditional Hatha poses, breath and movement so they smoothly transition from one pose to another.
These class's move at a faster pace than traditional Hatha classes and are often set to music. It is usually best to attend these classes with some basic asana and sun salutation knowledge.
Yin Yoga is a much more restorative, passive practice which involves a variation of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 6 minutes, accessing the ligaments & deep connective tissue around the joints (Mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum and spine)
A wonderful peaceful & Mediative practice which invites a deep state of relaxation & release with in the body, this is a subtle yet profound practice, suitable for all levels.
My sequences are designed to leave you feeling refreshed and fabulous with a deep sense of calm & inner connection.
