M O T I V A T I O N M O N D A Y 💫 Slimming World really is for everybody 😀 Michael achieved his 4 stone award and Personal Target 🎯 on Saturday morning 👏🏽 🏆 Michael was inspired by a male colleague who had an impressive weight loss journey at Slimming World and decided to join our group.
🌱 Michael is a Vegan and has found Food Optimising, our generous eating plan really easy to follow.
He’s a big Slimming World Kitchen fan and orders a variety of plant based meals 📦 to enjoy every week and he credits this service for helping him lose his weight in just 47 Weeks.
Now Michael follows the Slim for Life programme which supports our Target 🎯 members to maintain their target weight, coming to group as often as you wish for accountability and support while being a completely Free Member for life!

Phil joined our group 6 weeks ago and has achieved 1 1/2 stone 🏆 loss, while filling up on these delicious meals! 🥘
“After a GP appointment in January I committed to losing weight this year and even though 4.5 stone was optimistic I knew it was possible. I was given advice and options through the GP practice but chose as I know it works and can be adapted to everyday living.
