🎉 PARTY TIME 🥳 Let’s hear it for our Tuesdays 4.30 & 6 pm groups “Woman of the Year” Award winners 2025 Jo & Lou! Voted by their peers in group. It was incredible and humbling listening to all the nominees slimming ‘adventures’ tonight (rather than the standard journeys 😉) these two winners have lost 6 st 11lb in two years and 5 stone in last 40 months.
The Non scale wins shared tonight by all the nominees were through the roof and got everyone excited about their own!!
👀 No longer on Diabetes medication ✅
🤩 Walking and moving more as an anti-stress/depressent ✅
😮 Finally having a full length mirror 🪞 and being happy what they see ✅
🧳 No longer having wardrobes and suitcases full of much bigger size clothes, was size 22 now a 12 ✅
💡 Enjoying changing habits that have now stuck ✅
⛔️ No longer feeling guilty about over indulging on a holiday/night out. 😀 Instead learnt strategies to get back to Food Optimising 💯 Slimming World
