Mandy has always been a creative spirit art and craft have flowed through her life for as long as she can remember. But it was Christmas 2025, when she received a dot mandala kit as a gift, that her world truly burst into colour! 🎁✨

Traditionally, mandalas are painted on dark backgrounds to make the acrylics shine — but Mandy loves to break tradition. She plays with bold colour combinations and surprising backgrounds to create joyful, uplifting pieces brimming with energy.

Her stunning handcrafted mandalas will be showcased at Roots & Renewal — each one created with patience, presence, and love — a true celebration of colour, creativity, and calm. 🌈💫

Re:Set Mind Body Soul Studio in Lancaster. ✨

A huge heartfelt thank you to Neil Spooner for creating such a welcoming, and uplifting space and for highlighting just how transformative this combination of therapies can be. I honestly left feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced than I have in a long time. 🌿

Their approach — blending Red Light Therapy with 4D Massage Bed Therapy — is pure genius.

🔴 Red Light Therapy works on a cellular level, stimulating energy production, reducing inflammation, and easing aches and fatigue. I could literally feel the warmth energising my body and calming my mind.

💆‍♀️ The 4D Massage Bed followed perfectly releasing tension, improving circulation, and helping my body absorb all the benefits from the red light treatment. The combination completely resets your nervous system and leaves you floating in the most blissful state of relaxation.

It’s not just a treatment it’s an experience for your whole being. You can feel the thought, science, and care that Neil have poured into creating this space. From the ambient lighting to the calm energy of the room, every detail is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and heal.
