New glasses for Rayna Greenfield

These aren’t a fashion buy (although they do look great 👀) they’re a must-have for working life.

Rayna had been struggling with her vision at her laptop and her neck ache was becoming part of her daily routine too.

Rayna chose Optimum RX Lens Specialists’s optiFORM Office lenses, designed especially for screen and desk work.

They’re available in 1.2m, 2m and 4m, and she went for the 1.2m option to get crystal-clear focus at her desk.

Rayna then paired the optiFORM office lenses with Vistamesh, (which is now available from Optimum) these really helps under bright office lights and reduces visual fatigue.

Finally, Rayna picked the stunning Roehm Eyewear Artastics “Peridot” and we think it suits her beautifully!

Rayna has plenty of pairs of specs but these might be her new favourites!

Meet the Team Monday.....Meet Hannah 👋Customer Experience Specialist

If you’ve ever called or emailed us and felt instantly looked after, there’s a good chance you’ve spoken to Hannah.

Her favourite part of the job is talking to customers and helping them, from the first question right through to the finished order.

Fun fact about Hannah?
🎭 She’s seen over 20 West End and Broadway shows, so if you need a theatre recommendation, she’s your person!

This year, she’s most looking forward to a holiday with her niece and making memories ✈️☀️

Our Story

In 2011 the business underwent a transformation that included the appointment of a new Managing Director and the creation of a purpose-built laboratory facility. The laboratory uses state-of-the-art surfacing, polishing, cleaning and lacquering technology together with some of the industry’s most advanced processes and equipment to ensure a consistently high quality service.

In addition to developing and manufacturing its own brands, Optimum also supplies leading branded lenses too – providing a convenient and cost-effective one-stop-shop for customers. We’re one of only a small number of independent laboratories in UK to do this. That’s why Optimum has grown into the lens coating supplier of choice for both independent opticians and well-known, high street ophthalmic stores.

As well as our commitment to quality, our processes also ensure efficiency. On average 90% of all orders are coated and dispatched by the next working day. We can also offer an even speedier, express delivery service to fulfil any urgent requests.

Through hard work and our excellent reputation, we now work in every corner of the UK – with opticians and laboratories alike.
