🧴 Impetigo and scabies might not be talked about much, but they’re more common than you’d think.

👶 Impetigo often affects children and shows up as yellow, crusty patches.
🕷 Scabies causes really itchy spots, usually worse at night.

🌿 Lyme disease is spread by ticks and can make you very unwell if it is not treated. The good news is there are simple ways to protect yourself and your family when you are out enjoying the countryside.

Remember to check for ticks after walks, cover up when in long grass and know the early signs so you can get help quickly if you need it. 💚
