Fitness Function Where we help people reduce their aches and pains and get stronger from the inside out. This is a restorative class.

We ease away the aches and chronic tightness that our working days create inside us. 4:5 people will have back pain at some time in their lives. In many people this will go on to become a chronic problem. With the correct use of strengthening and stretching exercises we can in many cases ease these problems.
