My beautiful girl got bitten by a fox in our garden a week ago. It got her on the muzzle. We’ve had a horrible week thinking we were going to lose her. She was shocked and hurt. She will be 15years old this summer. She is feeling so much better and is going to carry on being the most amazing whippet. She loves the sun and I think this beautiful weather has helped her heal. Plus all the love she feels from her human ‘staff’. 😌. I am constantly amazed by the strength she has in that tiny whippet body 💕💗

I provide complete Whippet comfort and care in my home.
I have been boarding dogs in my home since January 2016. In summer 2018 I decided to taylor my service towards the particular needs of whippets and other sighthounds. I have a special interest and love for the breed and believe that I understand their ways and requirements.
I have been owned by my own whippet, Missy, for 9 years now. I think that I understand the relationship between a whippet and his/her human slave. There can be no lying on the floor , no snoozing uncovered, no walking in the rain.... Beds must always be positioned in the sunshine or placed infront of the fire and there must be a constant supply of warm people to snuggle with.
I love the story (not sure if it’s true) that in ‘the old days’ people would keep whippets so they could be popped into their children’s beds at night to warm it up before bedtime. In my house it feels like it’s the other way round!
Missy and her best friend Rocky the Chihuahua will help your dog feel relaxed and entertained so that when my guests leave they feel as though they have had a holiday too.
I am approved and licensed by Adur District Council. Fully insured. First Aid trained. Totally bonkers about dogs.
